Secure your sewing slot for a Custom Creation with a HOLD FEE.

What is a 'holding fee'?

A hold fee acts like a mini deposit to secure a sewing slot with Dolls of Decadence for a custom order. It is deducted from your overall balance of your completed order.

A hold fee gives you the confidence of securing a sewing slot with us to create your custom order for your special event. You may use the Hold fee option, if you are a little unsure on the exact details of the custom order required or you would like us to source fabric samples, before you can make your final design decision. We do not source fabrics and/or swatches where no hold fee or deposit has been made.

Hold fees are limited to ensure we have sufficient time for completion of each order secured via this method. They are only available at various intervals throughout the year depending on our availability.

Hold fees are valid for a 6 month period from purchase ( you must secure your desired custom order within the allocated time, which includes completing payment of any additional deposits that may be required and providing body measurements. We will help guide you through the process of obtaining body measurements.

Hold fees are non- refundable after 14 days and any costs associated with your use of this service within the intial 14 day refund period, including but not limited to the purchase and supply of swatches on your behalf in relation to a custom order will be deducted from the hold fee, prior to refund.

*Please be aware that we require a minimum of approximately 8 weeks processing time for custom orders, so be sure to confirm your order is confirmed no later than 8 weeks prior to your event.

This service is limited to custom orders only and does not include garments from our ready-to-wear range.

• Delicate dry clean or hand wash in tepid water with similar colours with mild detergent

We hope you love your Dolls of Decadence ready-to-wear piece, however if it's not quite right you can send it back to us for a refund/exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please use the contact form to request a refund. Be sure to include your order number within your return request
