UK:We currently offer a made to order service, so please refer to product information for the processing/shipping times for your purchase. DELIVERY COSTS refer to duration of transit time, after dispatch. Express shipping refers to working days only (Mon-Fri). Delivery within the UK is a standard rate of £4.50 | Express shipping (Tracked signature required) within the UK is charged at £11.00 (Mon-Thurs) or Weekends £15.00 by Royal Mail please contact us to arrange Weekend express delivery before ordering. The following postcodes are exempt from our normal shipping costs, please contact dollsofdecadencefashion@gmail.com for a shipping quote before you place an order
International:International shipping charges are set at £15.00 (International signed for) using Royal Mail. International express shipping is charged at £30, please contact us to arrange an express delivery before ordering. All shipping charges are non refundable. Purchases are delivered by Royal Mail recorded delivery. Dolls of Decadence cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. UNDELIVERED PARCELS:Orders returned back to us by the courier due to incorrect shipping information given, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery or the parcel not being collected from a chosen pickup point within the time limits set by the courier, will be refunded once returned to us. ALL orders (including orders shipped with "free delivery") are subject to a £30 shipping & handling charge if they are returned to us by the courier for the above reasons mentioned, or if an order is cancelled or refused after dispatch. These fees will be deducted from any refund and covers the costs of admin/handling/return journey shipping fees that the courier charges us. We highly recommend double checking your shipping address including postcode, collecting from your chosen pickup point within the timeframe set by the courier (and if applicable), also tracking your parcel so you know when to expect it so you can rearrange th delivery if necessary. Checking the tracking and rearranging the delivery to an appropriate date/place/pickup point is the responsibility of the customer. |
